SELF-MANAGEMENT AS THE BASIS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MANAGERIAL LABOR

Abstract
In the article the bases of effective personal work of the head are considered. The main goal of self-management is defined. The content of the concept "managerial work" is analyzed. The technique of self-management in the form of a model of personal qualities is presented. Recommendations for organizing and planning personal work have been developed.
