SEMANTIC AND FORMAL PECULIARITIES OF NOMINATHEMES OF «WORD COMBINATION + ELLIPTIC UNIVERB» TYPE

Abstract
The objective of the paper is to describe semantic and formal peculiarities of nominathemes of «word combination + elliptic univerb» type and to determine model two of the formation of univerbs of the type under analysis. The object under analysis is univerbalizing processes in the context of their diversity. The subject under analysis is a variety of univerbs whose modification model differs from more frequent models. Its idea is as follows: the base morpheme of the main component of the word-combination imitates a generative base morpheme; the dependent component is synthesized in a univerbalizing affix. The paper applies descriptive and structural methods. The result of the analysis is the identification of model two and the description of both modification models of univerbs as well as the exposure of processes following the modification. Conclusions. «Word combination-word» parallels of the type under analysis are forms of an abstract lexical unit called nominatheme and characterized by a number of formal and semantic peculiarities typical of lexical structures only. The practical application of the results of analysis can be in compiling a dictionary of Russian univerbs.
