Semantics of the Future Simple forms in Western Romance languages

Abstract
The article analyzes the semantics of the Future Simple forms in the futurality category of the modern Romance languages (French, Italian and Spanish). The author places special emphasis on grammatical paraphrasing that is able to deliver the meaning of the future tense, the presence in future meaning and temporal status of the future simple forms and their modal meanings.
