Sensitized solar cell on polymer substrates
Journal Title: Scholars Journal of Engineering and Technology - Year 2017, Vol 5, Issue 2
Abstract
TiO2 films with excellent mechanical adhesion were prepared on indium tin oxide (ITO) coated polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) substrates. Optical properties of TiO2 films were studied. An organic dye 1-(2-hydroxycarbonyl-phenyl)-5-(2-hydroxy-5-sulfophenyl)-3-phenylformazan (zincon) was used as a sensitizer. Photo-effects of solar cell with the configuration of PEN|Pt|I-|I3-|zincon|TiO2|ITO|PEN were studied. Keywords: indium tin oxide, polyethylene naphthalate, coaxial pressing, power conversion efficiency, dye-sensitized solar cell, zincon.

Efficacy of microwave against alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris in apple Juice
Apple juice inoculated with alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris was treated with microwave at different power and time, and the efficacy of microwave against alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris was investigated. The results sh...
A new non-monotone self-adaptive trust region method for unconstrained optimization
In this paper, we consider a novel non-monotone self-adaptive trust region method for solving unconstrained optimization problem. Unlike the usual trust region methods, our proposed the new algorithm does not only uses c...
Investigation and Optimization of Heat Removal from a Micro-Processor Using Solid Works 2013 and Ansysy Workbench
Abstract:The global warming increase especially in the tropical regions like west Africa countries like Nigeria calls fall optimization of heat removal system to avoid regular failure of electronics for repairs or perman...
Effect of High Molecular weight Cellulose Ethers on the Resistance in Shearing of Fresh Mortars
This paper presents an experimental study on the effect of three types of water-soluble high molecular weight polymers on the resistance in shear of cement mortars in fresh state. The role of molecular weight of cellulos...
