Abstract
The article is sanctified to the problem questions of the administrative and legal adjusting of activity of the National anticorruption bureau. The modern state of the adjusting of activity of the National anticorruption bureau is analysed, systematization of legislation is done, blanks are outlined and the ways of decision of problem questions are determined.
