Sequence-based Key Management Scheme of Wireless Sensor Networks

Abstract
Because the current key management scheme didn' t achieve the balance between energy consumption and security requirement, a sequence-based lightweight dynamic key management ( SLDKM) scheme for wireless sensor network was proposed. In the scheme, the pre-distributed recursive function was combined with the dynamical initial value to construct a set of sequence keys for secure communication with the neighbor nodes. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme decreases the network communication overhead, and improve the security connectivity and the ability of resilience to the attacks.
