SERVES OF INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF ENTERPRISE’S PRODUCTION POTENTIAL USAGE AND RESTORING

Abstract
The article explores the essence of the concepts of "efficiency", "reserves" and "efficiency of use and restoration of production potential". Next, the classification of enterprise development reserves is d escribed. Authors substantiate the need to manage the efficiency of production potential usage. Also, the authors have proved the need to assess the actual production potential for the enterprise. Ways to increase the efficiency of the production potential usage were identified and systematized. Next, the in the article is analyzed the need to find reserves for its restoration. The types of production potential formation, principles, which must be observed for its correct use and expansion, are investigated. The basic problem of potential formation is substantiated. The problem is that the potential of the enterprise is a system of elements that must function simultaneously and in aggregate. Also, the authors provided a number of recommendations for improving the efficiency of enterprise’s production potential usage.
