SETTING OF THE PROBLEM OF TOURIST MARKET PROFESSIONAL PLAYERS’ INTEGRATION INTERACTION ORGANIZATIONAL FORMS CHOICE MODELLING

Abstract

The nature of integration processes occurring in the modern economy is considered. The relevance of cluster initiatives for improvement of the quality of national tourist product is proved. This article considers the instruments for providing the institutional and infrastructure support for tourist and recreation resources management. The concept of tourist and recreation cluster management is designed. This concept conforms to the institutional and structural complementarity of various forms of integration cooperation of professional participants of the tourism market. The research of controversial views on understanding the nature of cluster and peculiarities of managing the cluster participants lies at the root of the given concept definition. The methodological approach to building and structuring the system of managing the alliance of professional participants of the tourism market is determined. As the basis of cluster development modeling we used the Computable General Equilibrium models that correlate the supply with demand for tourist and recreation resources. The given CGE models are considered as aggregative representation of multi-agent system, because they operate with parameters of the agent aggregate.
