ЩОДО ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ОБ’ЄКТА КОНТРОЛЮ ЗА ДОТРИМАННЯМ ЗАКОНОДАВСТВА ПРО ЗАХИСТ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ КОНКУРЕНЦІЇ

Abstract
The article reveals the general theoretical developments of scientists regarding the concept of the object of control. The provisions of the current and prospective legislation regarding the wording of the content of the concept of the object of control over compliance with the legislation on the protection of economic competition are analyzed. Based on the material studied, we propose our own definition of the object of control over observance of the legislation on the protection of economic competition, which is proposed to be considered in a broad and narrow sense. It was also noted that it is necessary to separate the concepts of the subject of control over observance of the legislation on the protection of economic competition from the object.
