Abstract
The basic conditions and causes that contribute to problems of systematization principles of social security law are analyzing. It is determined the nature of such an important legal definition as systematization. This piece of work identified theoretical ways of overcoming these problems and analyzes the views of scientists involved in this issues in their scientific work.
