ПОЛІТИЗАЦІЯ СЛУЖБОВИХ ПРАВОВІДНОСИН ЯК ДЕСТАБІЛІЗУЮЧИЙ ФАКТОР НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
The article is devoted to questions of politicization of official legal relations in the sphere of national security of Ukraine. The normative-legal acts, which determine the procedure of regulation of service legal relations in state authorities, which ensure the national security of the state, are analyzed. It is concluded that the depoliticization of the public service in militarized formations will allow the state servants to perform high-quality tasks and functions of the state in the sphere of national security of Ukraine.
