Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the administrative and legal status of the subjects of public administration, which carry out administrative and legal regulation of the activity of the court apparatus in Ukraine. was formed the concept of this term and were provided the characteristics of the administrative and legal status of the head of the court, the head of the court apparatus, the High Council of Justice, the Council of Judges of Ukraine and the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in the analyzed area.
