Short-Term Education Effects on Job Rotation and Managers & Staffs Organizational Development in Sistan & Baluchestan Education Organization

Abstract

Present paper was done in order to determine the Short-term education effects on job rotation and managers & staffs organizational development in Sistan & Baluchestan education organization. The method of this research was descriptive and survey and statistical population consisted of whole of managers and staffs in this organization in school year of 92-93 that number of them was 1986. Sampling method was randomly done which sample size was determined to be 322 persons according to Morgan's table. Instrument of research, was a questionnaire made by researcher which consisted of 52 questions and its legitimacy was approved experts and then by supervisors. Also durability of Cronbach's Alpha coefficients was calculated to be 0/903. For analyzing statistical data, we used descriptive statistical coefficients like frequency tables, mean, standard deviation and statistics and also used Pearson's correlational coefficient for analyzing research questions which was done by SPSS software on the data. Results showed that Short-term education is effective on job rotation and managers & staffs organizational development in Sistan & Baluchestan education organization. Also short-term education has a meaningful relationship on personal, group and organizational improvements.
