SIGNS OF ESTABLISHMENT OF RISK ACTIVITIES OF BANKS

Abstract
The article deals with the issue of determining the essence of the concept of “risk”, “banking risk”, as well as the issue of establishing the risk behavior of banks by the National Bank of Ukraine. The signs of risk activity of banks, which are established by the National Bank of Ukraine are investigated. The questions of application of measures of influence on banks for carrying out of risk activity are considered. The question of the existence of a threat to the interests of creditors and depositors of the bank, as a necessary condition, during the application of measures of influence on the implementation of risk activities was explored.
