Simple Sentences in Proverbs and Sayings in the Kashgari Mahmud Work "Divani Lyugat – It Turk"

Abstract
In this article the predicativity degree research problem at a certain stage of its development in Turkic languages is set. On the basis of studying of dictionary structure of work of M. Kashkari "Divani Lyugat – it Turk" we set the task to reveal characteristics of use of an international melodies and predicativity, a modality and intonation. In addition, various points of view about the content of concept of predicativity of various languages come to light. During the analysis of art texts it was defined that attribution is generated by predicativity. In article the proverbs and sayings given in Mahmoud Kashkari's work "Divani Lyugat – it Turk" grindings of sight of predicativity, a modality and the finishing intonation are analyzed. It was defined that all signs stated above are available in the text of the collection of Kashkari. In article necessary examples are given, comments of these examples are given. Historical variability of forms of predicativity in Turkic languages which over time in all grammatical forms of the offer, except a predicate, turns into pseudo-predicativity when forming each offer is emphasized and both predicativity, and a modality and intonation are important. The offer is formed on the basis of the specified elements and expresses finished thought. It is known that in each offer there is a certain attitude towards thought. However, in some offers there can be rather weak modality. All this shows that the intonation and predicativity inherent in the offer are strongly connected among themselves and are an important condition for formation of the offer, without them it isn't possible to submit the offer. The intonation inherent in the offer shows in the text of limit of the offer, where they begin and where come to the end; it is important also for definition of interrelation of offers. Without intonation the coherent speech can't be created, here it is difficult to define limits of the offer.
