Simulation training as an educational strategy for training of nursing staff

Abstract

The main purpose of the work is to demonstrate the possibilities of simulation technologies in the process of practical skills formation of a student receiving secondary medical education. How to reduce the disadvantages of the traditional system of teaching students? One of the ways that together with mandatory training at the patient bedside (traditional learning) to use simulation technology. System simulation training needs to be multi-level and cross-cutting through the entire period of study and future professional career. Simulation technologies provide students with the opportunity to carry out training in conditions of maximum proximity to the real.
