Abstract
Активное использование лазеров в различных областях науки, техники и медицины обуславливает актуальность создания нелинейно-оптических ограничителей, защищающих органы зрения и высокочувствительные оптические детекторы путём ослабления высокоинтенсивных световых пучков до допустимой интенсивности, но, в то же время, пропускающих низкоинтенсивные сигналы (как минимум 70% от их начальной интенсивности) [1]. Ранее была продемонстрирована высокая эффективность тонких плёнок WS2 [2], а также нанокомпозитов на основе углеродных нанотрубок и плазмонных наночастиц золота и серебра [3] и для создания таких устройств.
