Sistema social de innovación e institucionalización científica y tecnológica: tres modelos en Argentina.
Journal Title: Trilogía Ciencia Tecnología Sociedad - Year 2018, Vol 10, Issue 18
Abstract
The article analyzes the process of institutionalization of science and technology in Argentina as a measure of state regulation of different development models adopted in this country since the mid-twentieth century. The main argument is that the emergence of scientific and technological institutions in Argentina is not the result of long-term strategic planning. On the contrary, the relationship between the innovation system and development models was built on cycles of strengthening and divergence that prevented the consolidation of a dynamic social innovation system integrating education institutions and the industry.
