Abstract
The General Directorate of Civil Registry, Identification and Census is one of the oldestin history, constituted 112 years ago by General Eloy Alfaro, is an institution created to provide services to the Ecuadorian people, where you proceed from your birth registration Of the person until the day of his death.Several changes have been found which, in addition to orienting knowledge, have a tendency towards an objective form, which undoubtedly tends to be clear and precise, instilling in the public servant the sense of observation, within which the Institution must direct its actions, whose Pillars are structured on the basis of coverage, digitization, quality and safety in the service, through strategies that help strengthen the integral management of human resources.It is a long time to list the number of advantages presented in this paper, from the Introduction, Generalities, Conclusions and Recommendations, which mention the most relevant aspects of the Civil Registry Law, which Records and identification of people, the positive impact this work will have on institutional life and society.
