Sistemul electoral (majoritar, proporțional sau mixt) optim pentru Republica Moldova

Abstract
The study is devoted to electoral systems. The author analyzes all existing lecture systems in the Republic of Moldova. This study is designed to overcome the situation created in the issue of the opportunity to amend the electoral system. Thus, the undersigned comes up with a proposal for a law ferenda to remedy the situation. In this context, we provide the state authorities with a complex scientific study that would base the acceptance of the legislative proposal of the undersigned, which 1) would not require people to come out and protest against the way of promoting initiatives to amend the electoral system and 2) would allow us to have an electoral law (Electoral Code) that will ensure respect for the principles of representativeness, loyal competition and meritocracy.
