SITUATIONAL MANAGEMENT IN THE SYSTEM OF STRATEGIC AND TACTICAL MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article presents the main tasks of situational management in the system of strategic and tactical management of the company. The practical significance of situational management is highlighted. The types of strategies are presented in the course of forming a system of models of managerial situations. The elements of the enterprise management system are described. Two universal characteristics are distinguished, which can be evaluated by each situation of employee management. A model of situational leadership or situational guidance by employees is offered.
