Skład kwasów tłuszczowych tkanki tłuszczowej podskórnej i trzewnej u kobiet z nadwagą i otyłych w wieku pomenopauzalnym populacji Polski centralnej. Wpływ na profil lipidowy osocza

Abstract
Zbadano skład kwasów tłuszczowych tkanki tłuszczowej podskórnej i trzewnej w populacji kobiet po menopauzie zamieszkujących centralną Polskę. Porównano skład kwasów tłuszczowych w tkankach i w zwyczajowej diecie. Zbadano wpływ stężenia wybranych kwasów tłuszczowych na profil lipidowy osocza. Stwierdzono, że zawartość wielonienasyconych kwasów tłuszczowych w tkankach odpowiada zawartości tych kwasów w diecie, nie stwierdziliśmy takiej zależności dla kwasów nasyconych i jednonienasyconych. Stwierdzono korelacje pomiędzy stężeniem wybranych kwasów tłuszczowych w tkankach i lipidów osocza.
