ШЛЯХИ ДОПОМОГИ АКАДЕМІЧНІЙ СПІЛЬНОТІ УКРАЇНИ ЗАХІДНИМИ ПАРТНЕРАМИ ЩОДО ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ОСВІТНЬОГО ПРОЦЕСУ

Abstract
24 лютого російські озброєні сили розпочали великомасштабне вторгнення до України. Внаслідок цієї неспровокованої і невиправданої агресії значні райони української території в даний час є зоною воєнних дій, з якої біжить безліч людей. Європейська комісія працює цілодобово, щоб підтримати Україну за допомогою надання екстреної допомоги. Це включає як гуманітарну допомогу, так і допомогу у області цивільного захисту. Комісія також тісно співробітничає сусідніми з Україною країнами, щоб підтримати їх в забезпеченні захисту людей, що рятуються від вторгнення. ЄС і його міжнародні партнери єдині в засудженні агресії Росії проти України: «Ми подамо підтримку тим, хто шукає притулок, і допоможемо тим, хто шукає безпечний шлях додому. ЄС і надалі надаватиме могутню політичну, фінансову і гуманітарну допомогу Україні і запроваджувати жорсткі санкції». Не менш активно засуджують агресію й університети світу вживаючи конкретні заходи для надання фінансової та психологічної допомоги українським колегам. У спільній заяві, що оприлюднили Академії наук країн G 7 (Канада, Франція, Німеччина, Японія, Сполучене Королівство, США та ЄС) наголошено, що неспровокований напад на Україну, демократичну та незалежну країну, є грубим порушенням міжнародного права та основних цінностей людства. Метою статті є огляд позиції міжнародної наукової спільноти щодо воєнного стану в Україні та відмічено головні запропоновані нею інструменти для підтримки українських науковців. Для цього було проведено аналіз оприлюднених декларацій як провідних академій наук та університетів світу, так і міжнародних професійних організацій (European Federation of Academies of Sciences and Humanities, ALLEA; International Human Rights Network of Academies and Scholarly Societies, IHRN; International Science Council). Структуровано декларації провідних університетів Європи та світу, у яких засуджено агресію та окреслено можливості допомоги українським освітянам і студентам.
