ШЛЯХИ РЕОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ НАВЧАЛЬНИХ ЗАКЛАДІВ МІНІСТЕРСТВА ШЛЯХІВ СПОЛУЧЕННЯ В УКРАЇНІ У 1920-60 Р.Р. ХХ СТ

Abstract
This paper presents the features of the transfer of educational institutions of the Ministry of Railways to the Ministry of Education through the territory of Ukraine in 1959-1964 years. The main state documents, which occurred designated by Ministry of Railways reorganization of the educational sphere; outlines a set of factors that led to the need for such a reorganization (organizational, economic, ideological, content and education). Determined that after the reorganization of the institutions of the Ministry of Railways lost its status of secondary schools and became vosmyrichkamy. Railway institutions transferred to the Ministry of Education considerable inputs (classrooms, equipment, areas, buildings, base manufacturing practices, dormitories, etc.) and human resources. The process of reorganization was completed in 1964 due to the completion of the national system of vocational education in the Soviet Union.
