Abstract

In this paper, the effects of polarization-mode dispersion and third-order dispersion on soliton pulse propagation and also studied effective pulse dynamics in single mode fiber. In this paper we are discussing about optical pulse propagation inside single mode fiber, polarization mode dispersion is discussed, effects of third-order dispersion and birefringence on solitons propagation and methods for solving coupled nonlinear Schrodinger equations.
