Small Enterprise Management Problems in the Process of Globalization

Abstract

The paper discusses the role and importance of small business in the development of national economy. Issues related to small enterprises functioning generated by the global changes, such as technological innov- ations, international agreements, and small business regulatory changes in the country etc. as well as require- ments under the agreement with European Union on Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Areas (DCFTA), which offer new opportunities for small enterprises, also described in the paper. Organizational structure of enterprises, innovative activities and retraining of workers are also included.
