Smart-Parking System using Internet-of-Things Technologies and RFID
Journal Title: International Journal for Research in Applied Science and Engineering Technology (IJRASET) - Year 2017, Vol 5, Issue 5
Abstract
This paper introduces a novel architecture which enhances the efficiency of existing cloud-based smart-parking systems and develops a network architecture based on the Internet-of-the-art technology. In this paper a system has been proposed which, considering the distance to users and considering the number of total places in each car park, at least cost, based on the new performance metric, to calculate the user parking cost. Helps in getting free parking space. This cost will be used by the user to provide a solution to find an available parking spot on request and to suggest a new car park if the current car park is complete.

A Review of Seismic Stability of Soil Slope
The performance of soil slope during an earthquake is generally analyzed by three different approaches which are pseudo-static methods, Newmark’s Sliding Block method and numerical techniques. In pseudo-static approach,...
Comparison of Flexural strength of concrete made by Two-stage mixing approach(TSMA) using fly ash and nominal concrete made by Normal mixing approach(NMA).
The largest synthesized material is concrete which has a per capita consumption of about 1.5 tons per annum in India. Concrete has the capacity to develop adequate engineering properties and to utilize locally available...
Unified MPPT Control Strategy for Z-Source Inverter
This Paper proposes the PV array connected Z-source inverter is widely used because it boost up output voltage and reduces the harmonics and improves efficiency. Here single stage Photovoltaic power conversion system us...
Content Based Image Authentication Using Local and Global Feature Extraction
The entire content of the image can be represented with the help of a short sequence called Hash. It can also be represented using local and global feature. The methods used for extracting the local features are simple...
Optimum Capacitor Placement for Maximum Power Loss Reduction in Distribution System by Using Fruitfly Algorithm
Real power loss is a major problem radial distribution system. This paper presents new methodology to optimally place capacitors in the primary feeders of the radial distribution system for maximum power loss reduction...
