SMART RESULTS-ORIENTED MATRIX IN THE PROCESS OF INTEGRATION OF MIGRANTS AND REFUGEES

Abstract
The complexity in the blended projects stems from the need for betterment of the results we need to achieve in the integration management of migrants and refugees. The projects are getting more complex than usual because the new European funds of DG Migration and Home Affairs and especially Asylum and Migration Fund will be results-oriented and policy-makers will be dealing with reaching of smart performance of the taxpayer's money. The European funds impact will provide smooth and sustainable integration only if we have logical implications of every one-steps in the implementation of the output and results-oriented indicators.
