Social and legal characteristics of social networks

Abstract
In the article the phenomenon of the modern information society, as social networks are their characteristics. The features of social networking, their advantages and disadvantages, are legal issues related to social networks. The attention that it contributed to the introduction of social networking web socialization. Social among social networks as specific, so contradictory, formed reality and, in many ways, constructing this very reality. Sociology revealed features of social networks. Identifies the necessary conditions for the development of this discipline (statusnist positive image and mass audience), are considered major works and characterized the main directions. Substantiated that with the advent of online social networks on the agenda of sociology has several themes, discussion of which is important for its development: social network analysis; big data; rethink the methodology of collecting and producing data; changed the nature of the object of sociology and so on.
