The organizational-legal form of a higher educational establishment as legal entity

Abstract
Article deals with research the organizational-legal form of higher educational establishment as legal entity. Based on the scientific views analysis four approaches to understanding the legal form of a higher educational establishment were distinguished. The ratio between the concepts “institution” and “establishment” have been determined. The feature of unprofitability as general foundation of higher educational establishment activity is singled out. The special features of organizational-legal form of higher educational establishment were determined, in concordance with higher education law.
