Some problematic issues of the seizure of property in criminal proceedings

Abstract
The article is devoted to the investigation of the issues of arrest of property in criminal proceedings, carried out through the prism of the provisions of the current criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine. On this basis, legislative gaps and inaccuracies in the regulation of the issue of property seizure are identified; the practical problems of im position of seizure on property that has been seized are disclosed; the amendments and additions to the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine concerning procedural order of property arrest and provision of rights and legitimate interests of persons on whose property the issue of arrest is being resolved are formulated.
