Social capital as supporting factor of cluster’s activity and formation

Abstract

This article shows how important role social capital plays in formation and evo-lution of the cluster. The role of capital is presented on the basis of a cluster associating about 50 companies and which main part of activity was trade and repair trucks. Social capital has been subjected to detailed analysis. This paper have also presented the benefits of each social capital types (including the role of bonding capital, which enabled the rapid development of the cluster).
