Abstract
In the article the phenomenon of social entrepreneurship is considered as an objective demand of modern economic community. Experience of particular countries of the world concerning establishing and maintaining development of this institute is studied. Analysis of advantages and disadvantages of foreign experience for Ukraine's choosing a correct way of development is conducted.
