Abstract

To improve the effectiveness of social work, further improvement of social practices is required, in particular – on the basis of the application of the postmodern methodologies of impact. So, the range of directions of reflexive management focuses on stimulating desirable changes in individual and social behaviour, social relations and processes. The productivity of social engineering requires attention to the state and dynamics of the social environment, as well as the cultivation of development clusters. Accordingly, the problems of traditions and innovations, myths of perception and interpretation emerging on the basis of basic value-sense complexes of cultural-civilizational worlds and forming individual and social propensities in information selectivity come to the forefront of practical and theoretical development
