Social networking, screenshot and email as evidence for protecting rights in administrative justice

Abstract
The article analyzes the mechanism of legal protection on the basis of electronic evidence, such as: publication in the social network, screenshot and electronic correspondence. The legislation is analyzed, the types and methods of fixing the indicated evidence are investigated, the judicial practice of courts of all instances is considered.
