Social partnership in Ukraine: problems of implementation.

Abstract
This article is devoted to the researching of social partnership’s legal essence as a type of PPP, problems of its implementation in Ukraine and respectively development of its settlement’s ways. The relevance and practical necessity of the Law’s «Оn social partnership» adoption are substantiated. The legal status of European Industrial Councils as subjects of social and, respectively – PPP relations is researched.
