Abstract. Entrepreneurship - a phenomenon which has a strong social potential that has no boundaries and is multi phenomenon, which is influenced by specific historical conditions and saturated with social meaning, depending on the tasks that society decides. Therefore, the larger the social sector will be mounted into the economy, the more civilized society will be well and entrepreneurship justify their social status.
