SOCIAL-ROLE STATUS OF PUBLIC WORKERS

Abstract
The article theoretically summarizes and systematizes the views of scientists on the definition of the concept of «public servant», clarifies the concept of «public», describes the legal regulation of the social role of public employees; the requirements for their individual and personal parameters are determined in the current conditions of reform.
