СОЦІАЛЬНО-ПСИХОЛОГІЧНЕ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ПІДПРИЄМНИЦЬКОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ СТУДЕНТІВ КАФЕДРИ ТУРИЗМУ

Abstract
The article presents one of the ways of solving the problem of small business development in Ukraine. The personal resource of small business development is the attraction of student youth with the formed entrepreneurial potential. The approach of Ukrainian scientists to understanding the entrepreneurial potential and its components is presented. The conducted research revealed the peculiarities of the formation of entrepreneurial potential among students and master’s student. It is found that 30% of students and 50% of master’s student have a personal orientation towards entrepreneurial activity. For most students, the average level of autonomy, innovation, and practicality is characteristic. It is found that 50% of students and master’s student have an average and sufficient level of organizational and leadership potential development. For the majority of students and master’s student the average level of formation of volitional entrepreneurship is characteristic. To develop the components of entrepreneurial potential, it is necessary to conduct trainings on the development of communicative and business qualities, and the development of self-regulation.
