SOCIO-CULTURAL AND HISTORICAL CONDITIONS OF THE PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM’S FORMATION

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of the development of socio-cultural and historical conditions of the economic and managerial traditions formation in Ukraine. The role of religious and philosophical doctrine of isichasm and its influence on the Ukrainian socio-economic development is determined. The basic problems of manage¬ment development in the 20th century are researched, as well as a description of its his¬torical premises. The necessity of the transformational processes of the management systems’ development in the 21st century is proved.
