STATE REGULATION AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC CONTEXT OF THE INNOVATIVE MECHANISM OF MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY PROFESSIONALIZATION INTRODUCTION

Abstract
The article is focused on the working out of the managerial activity’s professionalization methodological aspects in Ukraine. The conceptual and practical problems of the management professional system’s innovation dynamics formation and development, the system and integral indexes of managerial activity’s effectiveness are viewed in the context of the managerial professionalization research system. The category “management professionalization” is examined. Also the conception of the managerial activity’s professionalization mechanism, including its structural elements, stages of management science, analytics and practice cooperation, managerial personnel educational and professional training levels, innovative role of social and cultural factors for the managerial personnel professional characteristics development, is viewed with purpose of formation of the constant economic growth mechanism in Ukraine. The theoretical and methodological conditions of the management professionalization process development are analyzed in details. The systemic categories of the management professional system’s researches and modern criterion of managerial researches’ appraisement are suggested to be used in management theory. The historical conditions of the modern management system formation, basic elements and binding processes of management system are structured. The conceptual logistic model of the management professional system is proposed from the point of view of its formation and innovation development, managerial specialization’s forms, scientific research, practical use in the context of professional training and managerial personnel appraisement criterion. The methodological and conceptual basis of state regulation of the innovative mechanism of management activity professionalization introduction is considered.
