Abstract
The article, based on the study and research of social conflicts, reveals the conceptualization of the very concept of "conflict", its inevitability in the social structure in the conditions of social development. Analyzed different views of sociologists on the study of social conflict. Studying social conflicts through various methods of sociological research provides an opportunity to influence participants in organizational conflicts that arise due to the wrong allocation of functions, rights and responsibilities, poor organization of work, not just employee evaluation, the system of motivation and stimulation.
