SOCIO-DEMOGRAPHIC AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF MOVERS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the empirical investigation of some features of the passionate personalities, in particular, their demographic and personal characteristics. The study was carried out on the example of the employees of the national police of Ukraine. The relevance of this theory is obvious and perspective for contemporary psychology because, in our view, by a passionate theory can not only better understand the present modern person, the basic sources and motives of her activity, and to predict its future. Bright passionaries know how to build relationships in their scenario, lead other people, but not to lose sight of collective interests. Peculiar to them, selfdiscipline,responsibility, the ability to control their emotions, the desire to adhere to existing social norms and rules. For passionaries is characterized by the ability to appreciate its merits, positive qualities of character, to respect yourself for them, they see their lives holistically over time and accept themselves for who they are, regardless of assessing their strengths and weaknesses (perhaps in spite of them). But they may have some difficulties with the reflection of their own experiences with the implementation of creative activity.
