SOCIO-ECONOMIC ANALYSIS NOVOBUGSKY DISTRICT OF MYKOLAYIV REGION AND PROSPECTS FORMING CAPABLE OF LOCAL COMMUNITIES IN THIS DISTRICT

Abstract
In the article analyzed in detail the social and economic situation Novobugsky district of Mykolayiv region compared with other separate districts and with the whole region, guided by different statistics, both in text and in tabular format.This study carried out to determine the real socio-economic situation of rural settlementsNovobugsky district and forming the capable of communities on territory of this district. At the beginning of the article noted two important legal acts in the sphere of local government reform and defi ned the term «capable local community». Further, in the study provides statistics from the population in rural settlementsNovobugsky district of Mykolayiv region and ending volumes of revenue district in comparison with other separate districts and with the whole region.Directly emphasis is placed on the level of social and industrial infrastructure Novobugsky district and number of objects of economic, educational, cultural and medical institutions in rural settlements of the district.In particular, in the study analyzes heincomeandexpenditurebudgetsNovobugskydistrict to determine thefi nancialviabilityofcommunities. On the basis of research in the article indicate strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities further social and economic development of Novobugsky district and prospects of forming on his territory capable of communities. At the end of the article the conclusion is made that the possibility of forming in that district more capable of communities virtually absent and therefore proposed the creation of one community.
