Abstract
The regional integration and the acceleration of world economy globalization affect the growth and deepening of the relationship between countries and regions. As a result, globalization creates new opportunities for the development of the countries worldwide, but at the same time, the emerging challenges, which require adaptation to new global conditions. Thus, migration affects the social development of the country of origin and households' incomes. The study found that migration is not the main factor in the reduction of poverty in the world, and also asked to take into account the separation of migrants on groups. The migrants’ social status identification allows determining the impact of migration on the socio-economic development of the country of origin. Found the importance of taking into account economic (income of migrants) and professional (education) factors, but with the separation by stratification groups, as well as outlining the demographic factors (gender, age, religion, nationality, marital status, etc.). Instead, the human development of the countries and regions worldwide is an important task of the migration policies in origin and destination countries. Therefore, this study presents recommendations for the development of migration policies in the country of origin and destination. In the long term this will improve social policy and get positive results from the international migration for the population, in particular by the re-emigration. The main directions of forming migration policy oriented on: 1) the labour market and social insurance; 2) education; 3) family of migrants; 4) social assistance and integration programmes. Presented recommendations have theoretical application and provide the coordination and solving problems of international migration regulation.
