SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL BASES OF FORMATION OF COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF MEDICINES

Abstract
The article analyzes the problem of forming the communicative competence of future medical workers, determines its content and structure. A study was made of the level of formation of the components of communicative competence of medical students. It is shown that communicative competence, as a necessary component of the professionalism of a medical specialist, depends on the direction of his personality, the level of motivation to obtain professional knowledge and skills at the required level, as well as the need for communication, which makes it expedient to apply certain educational measures for its development and improvement.
