Solution of Vector Equation of Transfer in a Finite Plane Parallel Media
Journal Title: Cumhuriyet Science journal - Year 2018, Vol 39, Issue 3
Abstract
HN method is used for the solution of vector equation of transfer, which includes two Stokes parameters, with a combination of Rayleigh and isotropic scattering in a finite plane-parallel atmosphere. The behavior of albedo and transmission factor are obtained according to the slab thickness and reflection coefficient.

Investigation of the Nuclear Structure Properties of 60Co via Phenomenological Approach
In the present paper, the nuclear structure properties of 60Co were investigated by using the Hartree-Fock method with Skyrme forces, such as the binding energy per particle, the root-mean-square (rms) nuclear charge, pr...
Determination of Phylogenetic Relationships of Five Species of Centaurea Genus by Using trnT-L-F cpDNA Region
The genus Centaurea L., belonging to Asteraceae family, contains systematic controversies and these taxonomic problems must be illuminated in the light of the molecular techniques developed in recent years. Especially, t...
Investigation of Radiation Effects on Coffee Beans Using ESR Technique
In this study, radiation effects on coffee beans have been investigated by Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) technique. ESR spectra of natural and irradiated samples at different doses between 0.5 Gy and 11 kGy by 60Co gamma...
The Local Stability Analysis of a Nonlinear Discrete-Time Population Model with Delay and Allee Effect
In this work, we present a delay general nonlinear discrete-time population model with and without Allee effects which occur at low population density. We investigated local stability conditions of equilibrium point of b...
Levels and effects of natural radionuclides in sediment banks of Rhumel River (Northeast Algeria)
Activity concentrations of natural radionuclides in Boumerzoug River sediment (the main tributary of Rhumel river) have been measured using high resolution HPGe detector. The activity concentrations of the samples were r...
