Solutions for Educational Material Management and Utilization in Vietnam Higher Education – A Case Study

Abstract
Colleges and universities in Vietnam are moving toward further in the process of innovation to improve the training quality. In this context, finding related factors that need to be updated or justified is thus very important. This paper presents the results from a case study at a university where we point out a number of issues related to management and usage of educational materials. We further analyze the issues and introduce five concrete solutions that the university should follow in order to improve the operation performance.
