Some aspects of determination of administrative coercion in National police activities

Abstract
The article studies scientific approaches to the definition of administrative coercion in the context of its use in Ukraine of the National Police, a concept of administrative coercion characteristic use of the National Police during which the need to understand the use of specially-authorized entities to persons clearly defined administrative rules the right of administrative influence (regardless of liberty), which aims to ensure public safety and order in relations through prevention and suppression of offenses. It is noted that the protection of human rights, prevention of threats to public safety and order or termination of police abuse also applies within their competence preventive police measures and enforcement under the law/
