Abstract
The strategy of human capital management is an integral part of the business strategy of any enterprise. The goal of management of strategic human capital is to increase business efficiency through human resources management. Organizations should manage their human capital efficiently and effectively in order to achieve the desired goals and objectives. It has a clear focus on strategic changes and a professional development of the organization assuring that the organization will be able to compete effectively in the future.
